Judy Lewicki and her team were very hands on from day one. They immediately began staging the property, taking photographs and preparing marketing materials.
Shortly after taking our listing, COVID hit and we decided to accelerate our exit from the L.A. area. We quickly moved out of the Simi house. Judy Lewicki and her team were very helpful in helping maintain buyer access to our home and checked on our property almost daily. Even though we were far away, we felt secure knowing that Judy Lewicki and her team were fastidiously watching over our property.
