We were new to the area with very little knowledge of neighborhoods and price points. Sam did an amazing job educating us and showing a variety of options. He is an expert! Sam could not have done a better job for us. His attention to detail and knowledge is off the charts.

Sam was also very patient working with us. We were house hunting from Georgia and making short trips to see properties.
