Brian and Angela were simply the best. Having worked with Brian before on a previous transaction, when I decided to sell another house, it was a no-brainer to go with Brian and his team once again. I would say that Brian went above and beyond to make the sale, and especially to make it happen as quickly as possible. Despite myself, being outside the country for the entire duration of the sale, Brian was very helpful in taking care of literally everything - from staging the home to getting it ready, obtaining missing permits, and gathering documentation required to have the home ready for sale. Brian went above and beyond by even paying for some of the repairs in the house when I was unable to do so immediately due to delays on my end. All in all, I had a wonderful experience working with Brian and his team, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them again and again....
