Mike was tasked with a difficult situation in the selling of my property due to my being located in Nevada, and the property being in Chicago. Mike maintained above average communications and was interested in keeping me informed. Mike developed a very strong advertising campaign and marketing strategy. Mike supplied the detailed aspects of property maintenance, and monitoring in my absence.
