I live in NY, and the Property in NJ was an Estate sale. She was recommended to me with flying colors - and truly, far exceeded the praise given. She is straightforward, no gloss, no "sales pitch". Just honest - which is so refreshing these days. And she is always on point, sharp as a tack on the market.
Sincerely, Eileen went over and beyond your typical Real Estate agent. She didn't just market the property, she made calls as well, and followed up with potential buyers. And generously gave so much time.
My true regret - That I did not call her in sooner - In very the begining, a year prior. And I was told to, but I did not listen. Her expertise is unpararalled, so it was a costly mistake on my part, having nothing to do with the sale. Certain repairs did not need to be made.
She would have corrected me prior! My loss.

Eileen O'Driscoll did an amazing job for my sister who lived in Hackensack, NJ in selling her home. It was obvious from the outset that Eileen genuinely cared about my sister and she went above and beyond our expectations. She astutely and professionally marketed my sister's home and was able to sell it for the asking price, which was an aggresive price given that this was an older home that needed renovations. She also recognized that my sister had limited finances and adjusted her commission accordingly. She assisted in packing the items in the home on numerous occasions and even brought additional packing materials at her own cost. She also worked with my sister's attorney on the closing. After my sister moved out of state, and even though the house was broom clean, Eileen was not happy with the condition of kitchen floor and mopped it down herself. After the closing, Eileen called my sister to see how she was doing in her new home. I highly recommend Eileen. She is outstanding!
