My wife and i used Carol's agency to sell two other properties and were as pleased with this sale as with the two prior ones. She gets as much info from the sellers as possible then fills in all the details and explains things in a straight forward manner that is easily understood. She knows the local market and knows what buyers are looking for. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or to sell....

Carol is a Saint! We were literally up and down, all over the place, and constantly changing our minds on what we were doing with the home we were selling. We either called or were texting Carol at all hours. She always replied very quickly and was always helpful and informative. Carol is an absolute great asset to the community, Morrow county and to Centry 21....
