As a result of the initial house inspection, we wanted to get additional, more detailed, inspections from specific trades before deciding whether to move forward with the contract. We were not living near the house that we planned to purchase. The Harpster and Barker Group helped us schedule all appointments, and they met with the inspectors on-site. This was extremely helpful!! As a result, We felt that we understood what needed to be fixed and we had good estimates of the costs.
