Having recently retired, we came to the Myrtle Beach area to look for areas we may want to move to. We met with Jill who provided us with information on various locations in and around the area. She had a wealth of knowledge and was able to address all questions and concerns. Her recommendations led us to the property we eventually purchased. Living in Kentucky, we were unable to be there for the building of the home, and could not inspect it as it was being built. Jill assisted us by going by the property, providing pictures and feedback. When we saw some issues, she immediately addressed them for us and prevented us from having problems post move. I had worked for the government and had moved several times throughout my career. Working with Jill made this the easiest and least stressful move I have had. I can't thank her enough. I have already recommended her to a friend and will continue to do so.
