Lance Stopper called me after a property sold in the building I own in - just to see if I was interested in selling - and I was. Also - his presentation that the market was busy - and inventory low - helped me to decide to sell right away - I had been thinking about doing this for 1-2 years. Had been in touch with other realtors/brokers in the past. Not impressed with the others. Lance Stopper was very thorough - followed through - didn't forget about me, on time, dressed professionally when he came - and presented a folder showing he had done research. Also, he showed me what money to expect with all the fees taken out. That was very helpful.
