Heather is a South Carolina native who was raised in the small town of Wagener, SC. While Jonathan was born and raised in Long Island, NY. By pure chance (and maybe a little bit of fate) Jonathan and his family moved to this tiny little town of Wagener where he met Heather. Together they moved to West Columbia in 2017 and raise their three children. They could not imagine ever raising their children somewhere else. They both work hard and together their strengths and weaknesses compliment each other to help make an amazing team. They have many passions including helping investors find investment properties, helping first time homebuyers, and guiding families on their move to South Carolina.
