Jim Younger made our first home buying experience a much less stressful experience compared to what I heard about it. He is very knowledgeable and professional, easily approachable and have good network of contractors when I needed to have quotes on a couple projects. He kept contacting me and checking in after closing. I believe he went steps beyond what you expect from a realtor. Even when he was out of town his son who’s also in the field was very helpful. They made the process fairly easy and responded timely to my concerns. I would highly recommend Jim to friend and family.
