After speaking with a different real estate agent who did not give me any confidence that the property would sell in it's current condition, I sought assistance with Keith Sippel. I was referred to him by my attorney, so I was confident I would be in good hands.
The first time Keith saw the property, he didn't have a shadow of a doubt it would sell. I made sure to bring up the things the previous realtor expressed major concerns about, and Keith assured me that wouldn't be a problem. I immediately felt a sense of relief about selling.
There was a bit of a stagnation in showings, which was likely due to the winter holidays, so when I asked Keith what we could do to draw some attention to the listing, he gave me some good options, which I believe is what lead to the eventual sale of the property.
I can't recommend Keith Sippel enough. He took me from feeling like the property wouldn't sell unless I sunk some major time money and work into repairs and maintenance, to selling the house as it was, in a timely manner....
