Buyer reviewWhen I contacted Melissa I was working with another agent more locally but I wasn't really receiving the attention I felt I needed as a first time homebuyer. So I was a little nervous finding another realtor but Melissa came highly recommended. Working with Melissa was probably the best decision I made outside of the actual house I went with. As a first time buyer, and a buyer who's parents never really owned a home, I was pretty nervous about not knowing what to do and how to navigate the process. Melissa was so vital in explaining how everything would work, talking me through my offer, providing recommendations for inspections and banking (which I should have listened to her banking suggestions!!!). She was upfront about me kind of being south of her typical range but was willing to work with me. She had my viewing's scheduled for one day and I chose the last one. Overall I don't think I'll buy/sell a home without her as my realtor because she's absolutely fantastic at what she does.

Seller reviewMelissa Laraway's prior professional experience is reflected in her real esate abilities. She is an excellent communicator, understands finances and can summarize important facts clearly and quickly. Melissa Laraway came up with the idea of hiring a professional drone company to take aerial pictures of our lot and the joint shared beach frontage and dock system. These photos were critical because the shared frontage with a very private lot were the key differences between our property and others on the market which substantiated a higher price. Melissa also suggested that we physically mark our lot lines so that prospective buyers could walk the boundaries and tie the marked lines to the survey. This idea was important because the lot is irregularly shaped with steep topography which made it difficult to visualize the size of the lot. Melissa Laraway has an exceptionally genuine and pleasant personality and is completely trustworthy.

She was so honest and genuine and always had My best interest at heart! This made her super trust worthy and I knew I didn't want to work with anyone else. Melissa made sure no details were left out and that I was always getting an honest and thorough deal. She had given me so much advice throughout our time working together that I knew exactly what things to look for and what was in my best interest. Melissa was equally as invested in helping me find not just any home, but the best place I could possibly be in as I was. From beginning to end she put her whole heart into making sure I was happy and satisfied with my decision and that everything went smoothly for me. She had went Above and Beyond for me throughout the entire process and I am so grateful to have worked with her. I wouldn't work with any other broker because no one else is as honest about the evaluation of the homes or having peoples best interest in mind like she does. She grew on me like a family member. I would recommend anyone I know to work with her because I know they and their investment would be in the absolute Best hands!
