I came to Alaska on vacation over 40 years ago and realized I was already home. I was licensed in 1989 and have held most every office in the Kenai Peninsula Association of REALTORS®. I am also a member of the Alaska Association of REALTORS® located in Anchorage, AK and the National Association of REALTORS®. In my community, I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce and the Kenai River Rotary Club.My specialization is in Relocation, First Time Home Buyers, Recreational Properties, and Kenai River Front Properties. We have used Esther Chambers both as a buyer and a seller over the last 14 years. She found us our first home, and then sold it for us, and she also helped us find the land to buy to build our forever dream home on. The patience that Esther showed us in all cases was the biggest factor in us wanting to use her services repeatedly. We never felt that she was trying to push properties on us, or settle for less. The time she spent with us over the years looking at properties allowed her to fine tune her knowledge of us and what we were looking for; then find and guide us through the process to close on the perfect house and land. She was very communicative with us during the selling process and helped us navigate the sell of our home very quickly.
