Gina and Peggy are outstanding they have a vast amount of knowledge about the whole process, what to look for in a home as well as the market. To top it off they made the home buying process fun.

Peggy Ballman went out of her way in many ways with dealing with a new loan agent from the bank to arranging inspections, setting up an "unneeded" water inspection required by the loan agent. Peggy took me through several houses on the first day and a few more on the second day before we went back to the three that had the highest potential. Peggy would make neutral comments here and there, but she never attempted to sway me in choosing one over the over. She's very knowledgeable about the rules and regulations of the real estate business and very patient with those who didn't know about them, i.e. the loan agent. Peggy worked hard to make sure the bank was meeting its requirement for a VA loan and help them not miss a deadline. I would highly recommend Peggy to anyone!
