Ivy is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and helpful. We live in Northern California and were looking for a condo unit in southern California. It is not very convenient for us to look at the homes and attend the home inspections. Ivy helped us a lot. She always properly booked and arranged the home showings for us before we came to the Southern California. After the home showing, she always promptly prepared and submitted the history and marketing information of the homes we are interested to us which helped us in decision making. After the purchase agreement has been signed by both sides, she helped us set up the home inspection appointments, attended the home inspection for us and provided the home inspection comments to us promptly after that. She actively contacted the listing agent and the sellers for any questions we have, we are happy about her service and we have to say that this is a nice experience for us.
