The home she sold for us in Yucca Valley was in the name of a Trust and she knew the laws and how to handle everything regarding solar, disclosures, etc. I believe the home sold in six days and escrow closed in about 28 days. Shellye was beyond fantastic, She would notify us with prospective buyers and times of showings and agents names because we didn't have a lock box She helped us to find contractors to make specs to code.
