Joe is known to be a very honest man
It was a tough situation I was in, having to sell the house. due to the death of my sister. The understanding of my situation, by Joe,made the selling of her house a little more bareable. It was the family home since around 1967.
I can't say enough positive things about Joe.
I would recommend dealing with Joe,to anyone I know selling a house.
Joe was in constant communication with me regarding the house. He explained things, in detail, that I did not understand. He never made me feel like I was bothering him with questions. Joe is very professional and hard working. It was my pleasure working with Joe.
