I was introduced to Chris by the marketing letters he sends out monthly to property owners in Laguna Woods. Considering the HOA I thought it was important to go with a local broker. I originally reached out to (in December of 2024) Chris because of these mailers, knowing I would need a broker in the next 12 months. Our initial contact I asked for the name of a property appraiser, he gave me an excellent referral. I kept in contact with him while my tenant moved out and while we "fixed up" the property. While we were working on the property he provided a couple of other referrals and general advice as to what is important and what sells. We listed approximately October 7 had our first and only offer October 14, went back and forth a few times with the prospective buyers until October 20th and then had a 45 day escrow, Chrissuggested the asking price that was pretty much "right on", he provided alot of good advice during Escrow and was an excellent "go between" during the process.
