Linda Johnston went way, way over the top to help me on the sale of this co-op which is very different from a regular house or condo. It was even more difficult because I live in Texas and I never came out there to help her. She clearly communicated items that needed to.be done. We discussed every item by phone, text, email etc. She came up with creative ideas and solutions. She worked her heart out to help me get all items out of my co-op. She helped me in so many different ways. She was always available in a cheerful manner. Her follow up was superb. She was on top of all that needed to be done and never gave up.
Believe me she is the best realtor your company could have and that a Seller or Buyer could use!
