When I first met Janey, she had such a presence of confidence, honesty, being down to earth, love for our community, years of professional experience, brilliance and a wicked sense of humor that was so refreshing. It was obvious that Janey would be working towards getting the highest price using her fair and ethical negotiating skills.
I had moved to the East Coast BEFORE my home went on the market. Janey encountered a plethora of challenges which included:
1) GETTING A SECOND INSPECTOR WHO CAME IN WITH A $21,000 INCREASE,
2) finding new homes/charities for my beautiful furniture and scheduling time for pickup,
3) hiring Junk Dawgs to haul away my junk,
4) moving some furniture to Riverside,
5) scheduling a time for my housekeepers to come,
6) setting up numerous FaceTime with Janey, Joyce Movers and me making certain which items were to be packed or left,
7) fixing my dishwasher without having to pay additional expense to an appliance technician and tweaking several other things that are too many to list,
