My wife, Deb, and I wholeheartedly recommend Kristin for her outstanding work as our realtor. She has been an incredible partner throughout our real estate journey. Kristin first helped us purchase our home at 824 Lytle St., guiding us with expertise and care to find the perfect place. Years later, when we decided to buy a new home in Redlands, she made the process seamless and exciting. Most recently, she came full circle by helping us sell our original home at 824 Lytle St. with great success.
Kristin’s professionalism, deep market knowledge, and dedication are truly exceptional. She listened to our needs, offered insightful advice, and managed every detail with precision, making each transaction stress-free. Her clear communication and genuine care built trust and kept us confident at every step. Kristin isn’t just a realtor; she’s a true advocate for her clients. We’re so grateful for her hard work and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Thank you, Kristin,

Kristin was amazing to work with and so incredibly patient with what we were looking for in a new property and home. We were so lucky to find the perfect home and Kristin was abolstely instrumental in ensuring that the purchase went down without a hitch.
From the moment we started our journey to find the perfect home for our family, Kristin was an absolute superstar. With a deep understanding of the market and an intuitive grasp of our needs, she guided us through every step with patience and expertise.
Kristin went above and beyond to ensure that we were not just finding a house, but a home that perfectly matched our family's needs. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and made us feel completely at ease with the process. The dedication and hard work Kristin put into our home search was evident in every interaction.
We are so grateful to have had Kristin by our side and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to make their dream home!

Kristin made the sale of our house seamless! Her knowledge of the area and market was critical during these uncertain times. She made the process easy and answered any questions we had. I never had to worry about the sale as Kristin was always two steps ahead-she communicated every step of the way. I couldn't recommend her more!!

Kristin was a phenomenal buyer's agent. Out of the 3 Realtors I've used over my life, she was by far the best.
We had just moved across the country for my job, and knew nothing of the area. Kristin was extremely knowledgeable not only about the cities we were looking at (20 min drive around Redlands, CA), but also the individual neighborhoods. We ended up with a phenomenal home that I love every day.
I think back to when we were looking (ahead of the spring peak), and were starting to get a bit house crazy and considering houses that pale in comparison to our current home. Kristin was firm in reminding us of the goals we had originally discussed with her, and worked to encourage us not to compromise. I'm grateful for the fact she looked out for us with this, and not just getting a commission quickly.
Next, I appreciated she let us be part of the search process. She would of course send us recommendations, and even sometimes listings before they hit market, but she would also patiently answer questions about listings we sent to her (and there were many).
Would this be a fair review if I didn't mention all of the stipulations we put in place? I don't think so, because we were really kind of a picky family, but Kristin didn't even blink. She accepted the conditions, and kept ALL of them in mind as she searched for us. She was so patient with us. Our conditions were: no houses built before 1981, at least 1,500 sq ft, at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, at least a 2 car garage, under a price cap, no houses with yards where the neighbors were right there looking into your yard, no HOA, but in a nice neighborhood.
A couple final points. Kristin was super accessible, any time of day, even on weekends. With houses getting under contract in about a day or two, she was agile and responsive, even when we had to bite the bullet and text or call her in the evenings.
Lastly, she was a pro when it came to negotiations, and really got us into a great position with our sellers, saving us $.
We'll be purchasing another home in a couple years to move my in-laws out here, and we aren't even going to hesitate to use Kristin again.
