In every dimension Caryl was excellent -- this is not an exaggeration. As I said in response to an earlier question, she went far beyond what I would have expected in terms of her ongoing effort throughout the process of home renovations (which was very substantial) and selling the home, and her genuine empathy and kindness that made the whole experience easier under difficult circumstances.
Every aspect of the sale process went smoothly and there were no glitches that required any attention on my part. I was out of the country during the process and Caryl took care of all aspects. The escrow company (and the agent, Ash Nasseri, who was very helpful and accommodating to my needs) was efficient too. All of the legal forms and contracts that required my signature were sent to me by email and allowed digital signatures, making the whole process both easy and efficient.
