Claudia, simply put, is of the highest in all categories above. She has great attention to every detail, superb knowledge of the areas of interest to us as Buyers, including signing us up for auto-updates to the MLS for our target areas; she had proven reliable in knowledge of Seller pricing; Claudia, without question, pour over every line of contracts, and was in constant communication with us- day & night, weekends and holidays; set up numerous inspections and open houses for us to view potential buying properties; Claudia was, by far, the most protective of our interests by reviewing and asking very direct questions on our behalf regards to our 1031 Proceeds as well as specifics in our contracts.
