Eric was essential to the prepping and sale of my house.
While final preparations to the house were being completed, Eric was helping with
overseeing the work and keeping an eye on my property while I was out of town.
I don’t believe any another agent could of given the support that Eric Did.
When we went on the market he got me over asking price and closed in less than 30 days.
I couldn’t of asked for better service from Eric and the whole Team.

This was our first time working with Eric Polansky and will not be the last. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the San Diego area. He knows the market, the area, the process, what to expect, what not to expect, and is genuinely an amazing person. He went above and beyond on customer service and communication. He was always available to us by phone, text or email. If he was going to be out of pocket for another showing or meeting, he would let us know and when he would be available again. His compassion and understanding went a long way as our closing was not an easy one (due to lender- NOT Eric or Century 21).
