We had numerous issues relating to the "to do" list following the inspection. Darrell was always on top of that, using providers who were very good, with reasonable pricing. He made extra effort to have appraisal match our own expectations regarding the purchase price as much as possible.
He gave excellent advice as I was living in Seattle and the home was on Covina, CA. He communicated an average number of times expected, but I was always felt updated when we would ask him specifically for something.
Of course this was all through the Covid problems and things turned out fine.
