I was probably a unique client from the standpoint that I was interested in investigationg a number of locations in several counties. Understandably, Ingrid couln't be everywhere at once, but when I was contemplating making an offer on a particulary property, she made herself available to look at that property with me, even when that property was some distance away from her home base. She was great at obtaining Disclosure documents (CCRs, Reserve Study, etc) for me to look at before making an actual offer, which I found most useful in screening out properties with HOAs that had apparent management issues. She always responded to phone calls, texts or emails in a timely manner. She is very professional and I can strongly recommend her.
