Sundi did excellent and stayed on top of everyone to ensure that documents were signed and inspections were scheduled asap. Only miscommunication was with financing and Chicago Title Visalia office when scheduling to meet with notary. Was told by my financing agent that a notary would be able to meet me in my town of lemoore to sign documents on the next day. Received call only an hour and a half before meet up time to confirm I was coming to Visalia to sign documents. That was not the agreement. Supposedly Chicago title did not arrange to have that done and did not notify anyone that the lemoore appointment would not be happening. That was annoying and dissatisfying.
