Nancy was knowledgable about the area and what my house was worth. She priced it just right and was able to negotiate it to where we initially estimated the worth was. It was a difficult sale since the house was not ready in the eyes of the buyer, but Nancy finessed the sale through by being diligent in her negotiations and being a good listener to what I wanted and what the buyer needed. Ultimately, I couldn't be more thrilled with her service. She was communicative throughout the process and kept me in the know throughout all of the negotiations.
