Kim was fantastic in all areas from helping us getting the property prepared to getting the sale completed. There were some unique parts to this sale as it involved myself as power of attorney and a long distance component . Kim was also was a huge help in recommending companies to help remove some large items from the home. She also helped to clean the property herself while her husband did some handyman work....wow and thank you Kim!! We had multiple offers in less than a week and closed on schedule with no issues. Her initial estimates on closing costs were correct to within a few dollars. I highly recommend Kim and would use her again if I ever needed real estate services in CT.
