In 2022, I had 21 Listings and Sales with the highest price being $749,900. In 2021, I had under contract 32 listings and sales with the highest price being $895,000! A great real estate year again for sellers and buyers, and I can do the same for you! In 2020, my production was 45 transactions with $695,000 being the highest priced home. Even during covid-19! We rose above this safely! In 2019,I had 30 closed transactions with the highest priced home being $690,000. In 2018, I had 26 closed transactions with the highest priced home being $575,000.
