Dru Miozza shows her passion for real estate by providing exceptional

comfortable and confident with. A Tampa Bay resident since 1994, she
serves the area as a top performer with Century 21 Alliance Realty. Dru
represents sellers, buyers, builders and investors. As a designated
Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist,
(SRES), she is well equipped to serve her clients in buying their dream
property and to assist those in the 55+ community with knowledge,
experience, and integrity.
She also has extensive experience and expertise as a marketing agent in
residential construction, allowing her to be a valuable resource for new
construction clients and investors. As a trained negotiator (CNE) she
successfully negotiates transactions always seeking her clients’ best interest.
Dru loves bringing value to her clients – with a commitment to actively
listen, work hard and follow through. Open communication with all parties,
including cooperating agents, is how she successfully closes sometimes
challenging transactions.
“Never stop learning” is her motto, so she studies as hard as she works. She
has earned the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR),
Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has completed relevant industry
certifications such as Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE), staging for
sellers, and more.
Dru serves her industry and community by serving in local community
events and has served on the Government Affairs and Realtor Party
Advocacy committees at the Greater Tampa Realtors Board and on the
Special Dependent District Tax board for her community. She was a foster
parent for several years, has volunteered in many outreach events, and
looks forward to working with a leadership and communication horse
program that helps at-risk youth.
When not working, Dru spends time on her horse farm with her husband,
where they breed and ride Foundation Quarter Horses. As a blessed mother
of five awesome children, faith and family are the cornerstones of her life.
She loves spoiling her Boston Terrier and Standard Poodle and spending
time with friends and family, attending local performing arts events,
watching the Tampa Bay Bucs and the Lightning, and going to the beach.
