Tim did an amazing job selling my condo. His invaluable knowledge of the local market and willingness to revisit pricing in a very tough selling market, and his constant availability to show it and have open houses, were above and beyond. There's none better....

Tim was INCREDIBLE! This was our first 2nd home purchase and being outside of our home state I was feeling a bit uneasy about how the process would play out. Tim immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and his knowledge of the area.
I'm not certain we'd have a FL vacation home if it wasn't for Tim. I had complete confidence and trust in Tim from our first meeting. It's obvious that Tim values the individuals he works. Not only do my husband and I have a great realtor to recommend to others, we also feel like we've gained a new friend!...
