I first met Eileen many years ago when she came to my home in the evening to discuss the renting of my condo in Abacoa. She even offered property management services. She always had my condo rented and handled all the affairs with regards to this.
Since I had a great working relationship with Eileen, I had no doubt I could trust her when I decided to sell my condo after working with her for many years.
From start to finish Eileen communicated with me every step of the way, listing my condo at a fair price, negotiating offers and inspections. I did not have to give any seller concessions. She navigated title issues when we were found to have two open permits that needed to be closed out. I didn't have to get involved. Eileen handled the Town of Jupiter and facilitated plus met with the appropriate inspectors to get those issues cleared.
I have been very pleased working with Eileen and would recommend her to any family and friends who may be selling, buying or renting.
