Bert did a great job trying to balance my expectations of a fair price with a highly unstable market. I feel Bert tried hard to get me as much as he could for our property and was very patient with me and my high expectations. Bert was also helpful in getting estimates for work to be done to our home. Over all, I would welcome the chance to work with Bert again. He is a down to earth good guy!
