Sarah was really professional and approachable from the moment we first spoke on the phone. She is very knowledgeable of the area and the local market. She understood what kind of house we were looking for and because she knew the inventory like the back of her hand we were able to score a brand new house as soon as it came into the market. She knew a home had come up early that morning and fit all of our criteria. She wasted no time calling and making an offer for us. We got our dream home and she stayed in-touch during and after closing. She called to make sure we were settled in our new home. She helped us when we had a family emergency a few days after we had gotten the keys to our new home. We hadn't finish unpacking when we received news that we had to rush back to our hometown for a family emergency. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She didn't have to help us, she had already made her commission and her work was done. However, she knew we were new in town and we didn't know anybody.
