Ian was extremely professional and communicated extremely well. It often seemed Ian had to press the buyer's agent for follow-up and keep on top of even some of those items that weren't his responsibility. I think he did an excellent job setting expectations in a difficult scenario. Ian possesses a great understanding for the market and a great understanding for the classification of property we had. I feel Ian went above and beyond to create a fair and honest story for our property which helped in selling it in a compressed timeline. Ian is definitely someone you want on your side!
