Sara went above and beyond in making this sale happen. She was always available and did many open houses. She also cared for the home and checked in while I was absent as this was not my primary location. That was a huge relief -especially when workers are there or storms occur. She really cared about the process , the property and the terms of the deal. She is extremely trustworthy which is hard to find these days.
