"Xiuzhen" sounds like Suzanne, but you can call me Lu if you want. I'm married, have 3 beautiful children, and I currently reside in Evans, GA. Xiuzhen represented us as buyer agent. It was a pleasure working with her. She was very helpful. She negotiated for us a homeowner warranty, and the policy was a good benefit. This was my first time purchasing property and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Xiuzhen is extremely knowledgeable about the home-buying process and she explained each step to my parents and I. I also appreciated how she gave me honest input while also respecting my decisions. She is also well connected and her referrals (inspector, lenders, carpet cleaners, etc) were all excellent. Xiuzhen is someone who is truly dedicated to the work she does. I would 10/10 use her again!
