I had a somewhat difficult property with which to establish a price and find a buyer. Plus I live out of state. My vacation cabin was not finished, but had most of the components to do so. Dominick Markisello presented a specific market analysis, established a price above what I thought was acceptable, thoroughly explained all items, and was enthusiastic about selling my cabin. He kept me informed and was realistic about the offers we received. Plus Nick was just an all around pleasant and upbeat person. My situation was unique as I was just retired and wanted to make a change in my life. I found a property with acerage and reached to Kim Freshwater. She asked Nic to show the property and we hit it off. It was a tough time getting my house sold but Dominick was on it all the time working with me and others to get the house sold. Now that it is he is working with me to purchase my new 12 acre home.
Nic is the best and works tirelessly with his clients. I don't think I could have done this without him as it was a very tiresome and frustrating journey. Nic kept the process moving even when I felt like giving up. Just amazing.
