She helped us by negotiating the price down for us on the house we wanted. She helped us save money with the deal she got us. She negotiated that the seller paid the closing cost. She helped us get in contact with a great lender for our loan. She helped every day answered every question we had and was very communicative with us during the whole process. She also helped us get a warranty from the builder for our home.
