I originally tried FSBO, after multiple showings and a fallen contract (on buyers end), I decided to switch to a realtor, Sara was great. Although we weren't able to sell it at our original anticipated price (timing and market), she was AMAZING! I am not an easy client to work with and she went above and beyond working to get me the most we could in the market times. She was diligent in marketing, holding open houses, constantly making sure my property was looking its best while listed. Multiple times she coordinated repairs and needed appointments. Although I considered trying FSBO again when we were dropping prices, I stayed with her because knowing she was taking care of my property while I was out of state was worth it!! When she was out of town or on vacation she had a team behind her making sure someone was always available. If moving back, she would be my go-to Realtor!! I can't recommend her enough.
