Born and raised in Hinton, Aspen has always had deep roots in Northwest Iowa. After graduating from Hinton High School, she went on to earn her associate degree in Accounting from Western Iowa Tech. She applied her education in a property management role in Ames, where she gained valuable experience in marketing, communication, and real estate operations over nearly four years.
When Aspen made the decision to move back to Siouxland, she seized the opportunity to pursue a longtime passion—real estate.
