As I stated in other comments....I had a situation with divorce, which is probably not new to her but it was to me and she was very understanding. She let me work my way through what I needed in a home, which took awhile. She showed me patience, and followed up on everything I ask her too and then some. She was a source of knowledge for me. Then when I had made my choice, she followed up in every aspect on the bidding, and then sale and even followup after the sale. I enjoyed working with her very much, and she did an excellent job!
