So, it's kind of funny, my wife and I weren't even in the market for a house. We were just kinda casually browsing, wanted to look at one specifically just to dip our feet into the housing market for future reference. We requested a tour through Zillow and got paired up with Madelyne. She was awesome from the very beginning! She was able to get us in right away the next day to check out the property. But she also had inquired about what we were interested in and had about 5 more houses that fit our criteria that she was ready to show us as well. Appreciated that she came prepared. She never made us feel pressured into moving forward with anything, listened to our concerns, was very easy to contact when needed, was great with the negotiations, and just made the entire process go so smoothly.
