We really enjoyed working with Megan and Nichole. Nichole actually showed us the home we purchased and she was quick to follow-up with Megan and get an offer submitted to the seller. The home we purchased was only listed for a few hours when we had an offer accepted. In a "hot" real estate market (Ankeny), we knew what we were looking for in terms of size, features, etc. and in our price range, we needed to act fast when we found what we were looking for. Megan and Nichole were quick and thorough throughout the process. They had great recommendations for home inspectors and lenders...from searching to closing, they were a great team and we couldn't be more pleased with our new home.
