Tom was extremely responsive and exceptionally easy to work with at all hours of the day and night. His extensive knowledge of the real estate sales process and his network of contacts for needed repairs and miscellaneous home improvements were key factors in accomplishing the successful and timely sale of the property.
The property being sold was an estate and I, as the trustee and seller, live in another state. Tom did 99.95% of the work as the property was prepared for sale, during the sales process, and at closing. This went as well or better than I would have expected. Tom was extremely easy to work with and handled a variety issues very quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend him as a realtor to anyone.
Tom rates 5 stars in all categories. I have had the experience dealing with the sales of a number of other properties in my life and I have never had a real estate agent work so hard to help manage details and accomplish the sale.
