Stan is a great individual across the board. He does whatever possible to make himself available even at a moment's notice. His strengths also include attention to detail as well as ensuring knowledge of all fronts before viewing a property (HOA, community, etc). I admittedly had him all over the northwest suburbs and beyond sometimes, so his ability and willingness to keep up with my ventures was also very appreciated!
