Based on the way Ms. Liane O’Keefe handled the sale of our townhome, it shows that she is very professional and knowledgeable in real estate transactions. She is friendly and patient with her clients. Before we contacted Ms. O’Keefe to help us sell our duplex, we worked with another realtor "Jane" who was a neighbor of our son’s co-worker. We decided to hire "Jane" because our son was friends with the co-worker. The listing contract with "Jane" started November 4, by around Nov 20, we received an offer which we rejected. Because we chose to reject that offer, "Jane" initiated the termination as our realtor on Nov 21. We then called Ms. Liane who was our buyer realtor in 2022 when we bought this duplex. Within one day, we received an offer from the previous buyer whose offer we had rejected, and 2 days later we had negotiated and signed the offer and closed the sale on Dec 26.
