Patrick was very enthusiastic when he first met with me on a Wed. I wanted info on a price to "sell it as is" and he was sure he could move my home very quickly. He took video and put it out on You Tube and I had people coming for walk throughs Thursday through Sunday and had an offer on Monday!!
